Investor · Partner · Steward
Logistics Family Partners invests in and works alongside family entrepreneurs who are seeking support in the continuation of their business — with patience, discretion and a deep understanding of how logistics actually works.
About us
Logistics Family Partners is an investor and partner for family-owned logistics companies that are seeking support in the continuation of their business. We step in where ownership questions, growth ambitions and operational reality meet.
We have deep expertise in the industry and have helped family entrepreneurs in the past in creating value in their business, improving performance, digitising the business, and building up new avenues of growth.
We buy to hold, not to flip. A family name on the door is an asset we intend to protect.

Profile preference
We prefer to work with companies that operate across multiple logistics services and geographies — forwarding, contract logistics, terminals and specialised transport under one roof.
Partnership
Hands-on support in stabilising results and rebuilding margin, with people who have done it inside logistics businesses.
Network design, pricing, yield and service quality — the operating detail that decides profitability in logistics services.
Clear structures, reliable numbers and a board rhythm that lets the next generation lead with confidence.
Selective additions to the leadership team, always in dialogue with the family and never as a default first move.
Concentrating capital and attention on the services, lanes and customers that compound over decades.
Ownership solutions that respect family intent — full or partial, with or without continued family involvement.
Digitisation of planning, documentation and back office, built on what the operation actually needs.
Sourcing, executing and integrating add-on acquisitions, backed by committed capital for the journey.
